Ghosts.

"Have you ever seen ghosts?"
I am often asked. Well, up till the age of 21 I did... countless times, almost
everyday in fact! You see, during that time period, I was 'terribly' psychic. I
was a seer. I had the 6th sense.
Yes, I saw dead people!
Evil spirits, apparitions, Satan, Beelzebub, Lucifer, spooks,
demons, fiends, the undead, the supernatural, the paranormal, dead friends and
relatives, lost souls ...I saw them all, and then some!
The Spiritually-Challenged, I
call them. (Hey, I'm just trying to be politically-correct! Dead people can get
sensitive too, you know!)
But seriously, was it fun? HELL NO! I didn't like seeing them! I didn't
enjoy having this 'gift'. If anything, it was a massive burden. Believe me, you
don't ever want this 'gift'! Some of the spirits I encountered
were downright nasty and evil beyond comprehension! They wanted blood! They
threatened me! They wanted to create havoc in my life! They wanted to take my
soul! But they failed to do me harm as I was
spiritually too strong for them. Heck, I even managed to convince some of those
lost souls to 'go towards the light'
where their loved ones were waiting for them.
My first experience, I remember vividly. A male relative had died. At the young
age of 5, I already knew the meaning of death. I knew he had 'gone to heaven'
and that he would not be around anymore.
But why was he now standing by his coffin at the funeral home?
Why was he crying his eyes out as he peered uneasily at his own dead and stiff
body? I had seen him lying serenely inside the coffin just moments before. What was
he doing outside his casket? Boy, was I confused. I told my mother what I saw
and she dragged me aside and reprimanded me for talking nonsense. I insisted
that I was telling the truth, only to get a slap on my face!
Oh well, what was a five-year old boy to do? Except to shut up and be utterly
confused!
And so it went on, ad nauseam.
Fast forward to 1974. I had just celebrated my 21st birthday.
One night I had a dream. An old woman with a third eye between her eyebrows
appeared before me and said that she was going to take away my 'gift'. I asked her why.
She replied that I didn't need it anymore. But why did I have it in the first
place, I asked. "The Gods have decreed that you will only have the 'gift' until
you're 21 years old!" she smiled reassuringly. "But you can now
write about your experiences in a book and tell everybody about them!"
With that she faded away...
I woke up in the morning feeling blissfully at peace with myself. What a nice
change that was! Somehow I knew the dream would come true. And sure enough,
from that day onwards, I never again saw another ghost although I can still
feel their presence. The telltale signs that they're around? The hairs on my
arms stands. I feel invisible ants crawling along my spine. And I get goose
pimples for 'no apparent reason'. Sometimes I can even smell them!

For close to 50 years, I have helped countless people in numerous ways. One of
the most frequently asked question is in regards to 'unclean' properties. I

happenings. Sometimes these things are so subtle, they're gone before you even
realized it.
Based on personal experiences, researches and interviews, I have finally
written a list of things you can watch out for when you're property-hunting.

condominium, flat, high-rise building or small office.

to do it until more that 27 years later. I didn't want to write a book purely
on my experiences. I figured readers would get bored with it. So I wrote a
fictional book in the horror genre. Although mainly fictional, the
ghostly parts are REAL! I lived through each
and everyone of them! They're pretty graphic and I have adapted them into the
book and described them as it happened to me! Now, after almost four years of
writing and editing, it is finally available as an e-book titled
